Company A uses PET bottle preform molds manufactured by Husky Technologies. Enebloom has been contracted to provide cleaning services for all associated water pipes.
Enebloom is a Japanese company. Until now, our business had primarily been with Japanese companies. Therefore, Company A was Enebloom’s first non-Japanese business partner at that time. Through this deal, we learned many differences in business practices between Japanese companies and Filipino companies.
For example, with Japanese companies, it typically takes one or two months to open a trading account. However, with a Filipino (non-Japanese) company, if they find the service satisfactory, you receive an order form in just two or three days. The speed is completely different. In contrast, people are often surprised by Japanese companies’ well-maintained facilities and clean factories. While these qualities are highly appreciated in the Philippines, Enebloom’s promptness is also valued. As an example, we sometimes bring in a cleaning machine and start the cleaning process immediately after the meeting is concluded. This precise and prompt time management is a key feature of Enebloom. We do not make you wait, as immediate action is our motto.
Enebloom is a Japanese company, but we are eager to expand our business with non-Japanese customers in the future. Recently, we have seen a growing number of inquiries from local companies.
